This is the first step in creating your account on UPR. Type your desired username and password below. Please also include a valid email address. This email address is where your listing inquiries will be sent, as well as information applicable to your membership on UPR.

All Fields are required. Username and Password can be up to 16 characters. You may use Letters, Numbers, Underscores ( _ ) or Dashes (-). All other characters will be stripped out if you put them in.

Please be sure you have entered all information completely. When you click the "Create New User" button you will be taken to a page that will verify that the username and password you entered has been submitted to us, and you will be able to select the pricing package that best suits your needs. You will be asked to supply contact and billing information. You will be able to log-in and begin posting listings within minutes. Please read the terms of service below. By creating an account you signify you agree to these terms. TERMS OF SERVICE AND PAYMENT AGREEMENT In consideration of your use of this Service, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the form above (such information being the "Registration Data") (you certify that you are a licensed Real Estate Agent) and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or UPREALESTATE.COM has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof). You understand that we bill quarterly in advance. You agree to make payment in full within 10 business days of receiving invoice. You will billed by emailed invoice, and you agree to be billed quarterly in advance. Your account will be prorated through the end of the billing quarter. You agree to not use the Service to: (a) upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; (b) harm minors in any way; (c) impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; (d) upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements); (e) upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party; (f) upload, post or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; (g) promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities, promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promote any act of cruelty to animals. You agree that UPREALESTATE.COM may terminate your account at its own discretion. If UPREALESTATE.COM terminates your account you will be reimbursed for time not used. If you decide to terminate your account you WILL NOT be reimbursed for time not used.
